Hermetic Arts is a brand, web application, and platform operated by IAF Tech Development. The Hermetic Arts brand, software, visual identity, content structure, and associated intellectual property are owned by IAF Design and are used by IAF Tech Development for the operation of the Hermetic Arts platform. Hermetic Arts is not a separate incorporated entity unless expressly stated. It is presented as a platform and brand operated by IAF Tech Development. The documents on this page are intended to help visitors, clients, practitioners, and other users understand the main public legal rules that apply to access and use of the platform. Please review the relevant documents below as appropriate to your use of the platform. Public Legal Documents Terms & Conditions Read the general terms governing access to and use of the Hermetic Arts platform, including permitted use, prohibited conduct, intellectual property protections, account rules, and platform rights. Privacy Notice Read how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you interact with the Hermetic Arts platform. Role-Based Agreements Some legal agreements are not public documents and are shown only to the relevant assigned users after login. These may include documents for: Practitioner Platform Admin Admin Admin Support Role-based agreements are presented during onboarding, invitation acceptance, first secure access, or inside the authenticated Legal & Policies area, depending on the role and feature access involved. Legal Contact Legal, compliance, privacy, and intellectual property enquiries should be directed through the platform's Help or Contact route or any other designated legal contact channel made available by Hermetic Arts.

At launch, practitioners do not submit manual payout requests inside Hermetic Arts. Payouts for app-processed services and internal shop orders are handled through Stripe Connect, subject to Stripe onboarding, verification, account status, balance availability, payout settings, and applicable Stripe requirements.

To receive app-processed payouts, practitioners may need to set up or connect a Stripe account through the practitioner dashboard and complete any information requested by Stripe.

For security reasons, practitioners should not send bank details, payout details, or identity documents to Hermetic Arts by email, message, profile text, support chat, or similar. Where available, payout and verification details should be provided through Stripe's secure onboarding flow.

Stripe may ask practitioners for information such as business details, identity or verification information, bank account or payout details, and other information required by Stripe for payment processing, compliance, risk checks, and payouts.

Hermetic Arts does not approve Stripe accounts, control Stripe verification decisions, or guarantee payout approval, payout timing, Stripe account approval, income, bookings, availability, or continued payout availability. Stripe may request additional information, delay, restrict, or disable payment or payout capabilities according to Stripe's own requirements and policies.

Practitioners are responsible for keeping their Stripe payout details accurate and up to date, completing any Stripe onboarding or verification requirements, and reviewing Stripe's applicable terms and dashboard information.

External shop links, such as Spring, Teespring, Etsy, Shopify, or a practitioner's own external shop, are separate from Hermetic Arts app-processed payments. Those external providers handle their own checkout, payment, fulfilment, delivery, returns, and creator payouts according to their own terms.
