Self-Serve and Custom Services
1. Purpose This page explains, in plain product terms, what Hermetic Arts currently treats as included self-serve access and when a request may need separate design, web development, or programming support. It is a practical platform explanation, not a pricing calculator, tax, legal, or accounting advice, or a promise that every feature is available to every account at all times. 2. Free and Self-Serve Access Where enabled for the relevant account type, Hermetic Arts may provide self-serve access to core browsing and workspace tools such as public discovery, sign-in, profile or account setup, messaging, booking/request flows, basic public presence, and supported self-managed content areas. Self-serve access is designed for users who can work within the structured tools already provided by the platform. It does not include unlimited custom design, custom development, guaranteed sales, guaranteed visibility, or bespoke operational support. 3. Optional Capabilities Some capabilities may be limited, unavailable, or available only to approved accounts where the live platform supports them. Optional capabilities may have account-readiness, eligibility, approval, or availability conditions. If a capability is not active, unsupported for the account, or still staged for later release, Hermetic Arts may limit or hide it. 4. Visibility and Availability Public visibility, profile presentation, and related placement features may be limited by the live product configuration, account status, approval status, or operational rules that apply at the time. Visibility does not guarantee impressions, clicks, bookings, purchases, sales, rankings, search placement, or business outcomes. It only reflects the supported visibility or placement rules that are grounded in the current product. 5. Custom Design, Development, and Programming Help Requests that go beyond the structured self-serve product may require separate help. This can include graphic design, web development, programming or custom build work, custom public-page work, unusual workflow requirements, or integrations that the current product does not already support. Those services are not automatically included in free/self-serve access. Where available, users should use the real Support / Contact route or the relevant Hermetic Arts service/help surface to ask about Graphic Design, Web Development, or Programming / Custom Build support. 6. Honest Limits Hermetic Arts does not promise that all requested features can be built, enabled, or included for free. It also does not promise that custom work or optional capabilities will create guaranteed commercial results. If platform wording, a sales conversation, or a support exchange conflicts with the live product state, the live product state and the applicable terms, policies, checkout terms, and written agreement should be reviewed before relying on the feature. 7. Changes The free/self-serve, optional-capability, and custom-service boundaries may change as Hermetic Arts evolves. Where material changes affect user obligations, access, payment, or entitlements, Hermetic Arts may update product copy, legal documents, checkout flows, or signed-in notices accordingly.
