Return Policy For eligible physical items purchased through Hermetic Arts, buyers may request to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying the seller of cancellation within that period, the buyer should return the item within 14 days. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition. This policy does not reduce any separate legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised or custom-made goods. Where such an exception applies, it should be clearly stated on the listing before purchase. Refunds should be processed after the returned item is received back, subject to applicable law and the governing platform and seller terms. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any non-excludable consumer rights.
