Return Policy For eligible physical items purchased through Hermetic Arts, buyers may request to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item. After notifying the seller of cancellation within that period, the buyer should return the item within 14 days. Items should be returned in an appropriate condition. This policy does not reduce any separate legal rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods. Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised or custom-made goods. Where such an exception applies, it should be clearly stated on the listing before purchase. Refunds should be processed after the returned item is received back, subject to applicable law and the governing platform and seller terms. Digital Astrology Comparison Purchases Where one-off astrology comparison purchases are enabled, refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and whether digital access has begun. This policy does not state that digital purchases can never be refunded and does not remove applicable statutory rights. A full refund may remove permanent access to the refunded comparison where that purchase is still the current grant of access. A partial refund does not currently remove access in v1 unless required by law or by a separately communicated resolution. Fraudulent payments, disputes, chargebacks, administrative reversals, or legal requirements may affect access and payment records. Final consumer-law wording for digital access and refund handling should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified solicitor before public commercial launch. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any non-excludable consumer rights.
